Unlike my illustrated designs for 2011, I took a photographic approach to all Christmas material for 2012.

Above are the photos I based designs such as Christmas cards and invitations upon.

These photos were taken in natural lighting, with a warmer shade of colour and darker edges created in Photoshop.

Below are two invitation designs that used the image, one in full-colour and the other in greyscale.
